Payment Terms & Ordering Procedure


Payment Terms:

No deposit is required from schools or government departments. Payment is required within 7 days of receipt of goods.  For other customers, 30% deposit is payable with order, and the balance is due on or before delivery.  For new customers we may ask for a 50% deposit prior to beginning manufacture of your new items.  Your badges, keyrings and medals are usually manufactured within 2-3 weeks of your final artwork confirmation.

How to Order:

Call us and we can arrange for you to courier us the badge you'd like copied.   Alternatively email your existing design files or photos of your current badge and we can advise further.
